U.S. District Judge Nancy Freudenthal told attorneys for the oil and gas industry, conservation groups and the federal government after oral arguments this morning that she would file a written order today or tomorrow outlining her decision in a long-standing dispute between oil and gas producers and the Interior Department about delays in issuing leases.
