Oil and Gas stocks...
...Lead the S&P 500 so far (which is down overall). 72% of stocks up in sector. With the Oil future rising to 96.5
If the Purpose of releasing Oil from the SPR was to reduce prices, it has not worked as WTI is not about a buck higher than it was the day before the announcement
