WSJ ARTICLE ON REGIONAL SPANISH BUDGET GAP

There is a negative WSJ article this morning stating that the new leader of the La Mancha region is saying that it has a budget deficit more than twice as large as previously thought raising new concerns over the true state of regional finances and helping to send Spanish sovereign CDS wider.
